Move On Up is an award-winning production company based in the Highlands of Scotland. Our output ranges from feature films and television drama to music and documentaries. Company Directors, Don Coutts and Lindy Cameron are highly experienced tv practitioners, Coutts formerly co-ran , with business partner Stuart Cosgrove, one of the first major indies in Scotland, the wryly named Big Star in a Wee Picture. Move on Up have a pool of freelance highly talented technicians, directors, writers and producers who they enjoy working with and they also collaborate with other companies on co-productions; recent co-pro partners have been Mac tv and STV. Coutts and Cameron have also worked as director and editor respectively on a wide range of projects for other production companies and broadcasters. Some programmes we have worked on soon to be aired: iTRAD a series featuring some of Scotland's best loved young traditional musicians, from Monday 13th September at 8.30 Look out for Horo series 4, which will be starting it's new Autumn run soon this September on BBC Alba, a particularly good series this year with some amazing music.
